The solution is based on the integration of data from various peripheral systems. The data is aggregated into an IT service and proactively monitored by Ceeview. A possible fault in an IT component and its effect on the whole service is visible in the service model.
The relevant data points are integrated by the internal departments’ on-premises tools. On the other hand, the provider makes data points from the cloud available via a restful-API. A critical success factor is the seamless integration of all third-party data in the Ceeview service management product.
