Solution approach
The solution is based on the integration component 1Gateway, which integrates all tools with SCOM via “one” single management pack. 1Gateway connects with the specialized tools using so called out-of-the-box plugins. The messages are standardized to fit the requirements within the SCOM presentation layer.
