The dashboard shows the active monitoring of various components for a CRM Service. Data is real-time and updated on 5 minutes interval. It includes E2E components periodically simulating relevant steps to verify application functionality. Additionally, CRM portal access with the underlining infrastructure is checked too. Some widgets are interactive, for example, a time filter can be set, or the duration graph zoomed.

Monitoring and data collection to visualize Key-Performance-Indicator (KPI’s) in the dashboard includes the following SW components of our portfolio:

  • Ceeview standard widgets are used to build the service board as published on the Webpage
  • Portal access and infrastructure monitoring is done directly from within Ceeview
  • Advanced synthetic E2E application monitoring has been implemented with the specialized product Ranorex
  • 1Gateway  seamlessly integrates metrics and alarms from Ranorex to be available across Ceeview to visualize, report and escalate
