An intuitive web interface enables service modelling via drag & drop. Thanks to the service-oriented architecture, service indicators and the relationships between them are available in a single view: For example: service model with associated assets, service level agreements and even open incidents.
Problems are indicated by a traffic light system in the service model. Thanks to the architecture «drill down» directly to the error message is available. Overall service availability is linked to a service level agreement according to compliance specification. Status reports on availability and quality can be either called manually or periodically sent to recipients as a PDF.
Service relevant data points may be collected directly within CeeView from an end-to-end perspective. In addition, the products capability to extend allows easy integration with existing products in your ecosystem. The integration is not limited to data points, but can be used up to automatic creation of a service model from external configuration data.
